Tru-Alpha Paver Seal
Tru-Alpha Paver Seal is a concentrated water-based Aliphatic Urethane after reduction with water this sealer penetrates and seals the pavers. Available in Natural or Satin Finish. Tru-Alpha Paver Seal is also an excellent multi-surface sealer.
Surfaces include: stamped concrete, Mexican tile, concrete pavers, exposed aggregate, wood, brick, natural stone, precast panels, concrete countertops, and concrete floors.

ACRYLIC SEALERS
Super 20
20% solids premium clear high gloss acrylic waterproofing concrete sealer for walkways, driveways, and patios. Super 20 is the perfect sealer for freshly poured concrete, concrete parking garages, and high traffic exterior concrete surfaces. This is an ideal sealer to help slow moisture migration especially in the moisture-heavy climates.

Super 30
30% solids premium clear acrylic high gloss concrete sealer used to protect, waterproof concrete surfaces including concrete overlays. A great choice for concrete overlay protection for surfaces. This product helps stop efflorescence and moisture migration and is UV-stable. Unlike other high-solids sealers, our Super 30 acrylic sealer is extremely easy to roll out onto any surface and applies a very even coating of material for superior protection.

Tru-Alpha Water Based Urethane
Tru-Alpha Water-Based Urethane is a two component system. This formula has excellent scratch and chemical resistance that is virtually not affected by solvent exposure. Easy to mix three parts urethane resin to one-part catalysts by volume. Available in gloss and matte.
Typical Applications: Sealer or top coat for retail, commercial, workshop, garage, high traffic floors. Can be used for interior and exterior surfaces.

DK 400

DK 120
SureCrete’s Dura-Kote DK 120™ is a specially formulated 67% solids hybrid solvent based polyaspartic coating designed for application over interior concrete, cement-based overlays, or as a top finish coat on epoxy systems. DK 120 provides a low VOC (330 g/L), UV stable, penetrating, film forming, color enhancing, and high gloss wears surface. The high-performance clear top coat generates the premier balance of strength, flexibility, chemical and scratch resistance. As a vertical wall coating, it enhances anti-graffiti properties. It has a user-friendly pot life of approximately 20 – 30 minutes. Turnaround time for a floor may be as little as 5 – 6 hours. DK 180
DK 180 is a specially formulated 80% solids hybrid solvent based polyaspartic coating. Unlike many polyaspartics, it has a user-friendly pot life of approximately 20 minutes and the ability to create a moderate build (6 ½ mil) single coat top coat. Turnaround time for a floor may be as little as 6 – 8 hours. Epoxy flakes may be covered in a single pass. DK 180 provides a low VOC (less than 200 g/L), UV stable, penetrating, film forming, color enhancing, and high gloss, moderate build wear surface. The rapid cure time eliminates excessive waiting to return a floor to service. It is ideally suited for both commercial and residential settings: aircraft hangars, clean room floors, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, bars, clubs, retail stores, automotive showrooms, residential interiors, garage floors, stadiums, or any high traffic area where an exceedingly resilient floor is desired.

Moisture Mitigating 100% Solids Epoxy
Moisture Mitigating 100% Epoxy Primer. This primer is a low viscosity class 1 Moisture Vapor Barrier with a low permeance of less than .07 perms. System consists of Two parts epoxy-silane resin to One-part epoxy hardener. This Silane modification & crosslink density allows it to penetrate deeply into the concrete reducing vapor perm from 24 to less than 3lbs/1000 sq. ft in 24hrs. Recommend testing via ASTM 1869 calcium chloride method to determine moisture.

100% Solids Self Leveling Epoxy

TK-290 is a low viscosity, multi-substrate, salt, and water repellent. Available in standard VOC and a Low VOC option, TK-290 series is engineered to prevent damage from environmental conditions including de-icing agents, salts, freeze damage, efflorescence, scaling, and surface popping. TK-290 is a solvent-based formulation to penetrate up to 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) and chemically bond with the substrate to become a permanent part, prohibiting salt, water, chloride ion, and acid rain intrusion. This protection ensures the longest life-cycle to the substrate by preventing surface deterioration.

TK 290 WB
