Tru-Alpha WB Urethane Mixing

Partial Kits |  If mixing less than a full kit, mix three Parts A to one Part B by volume at low speed mixer for two minutes.

Full Kits | If mixing a full 1-gal kit. Open quart of Part B pour contents into the pail containing gallon of premeasured Part A; stir with a jiffy mixer for 2 minutes
to ensure material is homogenous. Avoid whipping air into the coating. Improper mixing may result in product outgassing

 

Proper Surface Prep

Grind concrete floors to CSP-3, vacuum dust, wipe with Denatured alcohol. Apply 100 solid or Water-Based Epoxy Primer at spread rate of 180-250 sq. ft. per gallon.

Tru-Alpha WB Urethane Application

Mixed material can be dipped and rolled evenly with 3/16” nap roller to maintain the desired thickness. Back rolling is recommended to obtain uniform finish.
Flaked Floors: Mix only enough material to coat from expansion joint to joint. Flakes can be broadcasted right after back rolled. Let cure 24hrs. Then apply Clear Finish
Coat of Epoxy, Water-based Urethane or Polyaspartic. Finish coat. Choice of topcoat job specific.
