MIXING

  1. Dilute CP1000. Mix 2 parts CP1000 and 1 Part Water.
  2. The mixing ratio is 6.0–6.5 liters of diluted CP1000 with one 40lb bag of Uberdek. Using this ratio, Make each batch small enough for a 15-minute working window, as Uberdek must be applied within 15–20 minutes. Mix thoroughly for at least 4 to 5 minutes or until the mixture is lump-free.
  3. When adding integral colorants add them to the CP1000
  4. DO not mix more water or re-temper. This will reduce the strength as well as color of the cured product.
  5. When rain is expected, do not apply before the material can be well cured or a sealer can be applied.
